Lepas Sahur Cycling 10-20minit

Sahur: Overnight Oat, Sup sawi Ayam+telor, Air Kosong.

Berbuka Puasa: Air Nescafe tanpa gula, Nasi beras perang, Udang Goreng Kunyit.

Sebelum tidur: Air Kosong+Biskut Raya Sekeping (terliur sangatπŸ˜‹).

Berat achievement 9-10pm: 72.7
