Lepas Sahur Cycling 10-20minit

Sahur: Overnight Oat, 2 biji half boiled egg, Air Kosong.

Berbuka Puasa: Air Kosong Sejuk, Nasi beras perang, Ayam Goreng Kunyit, Buah Pear.

Sebelum tidur: Air Kosong+Buah Kismis Organik.

Berat achievement 9-10pm: 73.9
